The installers, Tim and Kaden did excellent work and the door looks great. The managers and schedulers they have to work with are the worst, took 3 months to get scheduled because of incompetent management. I would hire Tim and Kaden again in a heartbeat but I won't consider PJ Fitzpatrick for any other jobs because their office staff is terrible. It's a shame the installers aren't self employed, they are really good at their work.

I should have believed the old adage “only believe half of what a salesman tells you.” After a 3.5 hour sale pitch with pictures and a slide deck, we thought we were making the right choice.
