After a recent big snowstorm, I had Large icicles outside and Water dripping in above two windows. They came out in a timely fashion, considering, and were on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. He went up into the attic and looked around to check for water and amount of insulation. The reason for my two star rating is that after review, I was told that I need the windows replaced.
