Called last week to request an esitmate visit, coordinated with homeowner for this visit. I called PJ Fitz a week later to follow up on this, since i've gotten no calls or voicemails, and they tell me that the homeowner rejected the visit. Install date 10/22. Same day all of this was peeling off. All of the caulking on at least 8 of the 10 windows replaced is peeling off. Manager (Michael F) gave me his direct number, didn’t pick up any of my calls. Scratch on the window as well. Company does not follow up immediately on concerns. They charge premium on their products but not worth it. I would go with another company, I HIGHLY do not recommend PJ Fitzpatrick.
