Mike was punctual, helpful, knowledgeable, and tackled the issue we had (a roof leak) effectively. He followed up to make sure everything is resolved, and really ensure our peace of mind.
The service team member was nice but didn’t want to repair the door. He set me up for an estimate with the sales team for replacement doors.
