I called for a quote. A guy reached out to me and scheduled a day and time to come look at my roof. However, I was told that they had to come back with a larger ladder. I messaged the guy hours later to see if they were still coming to take a look at my roof today. He said he'll check with the guy and let me know. That was 3 days ago; I still haven't heard an update. Unprofessional.

Tuzer and the entire staff of Platinum Roofing are Top-Shelf! No high-pressure sales, everything as quoted, the crew showed up right on time, and even finished my entire roof in just one day, repairs to the sub-structure included! They completely cleaned-up and were headed out approximately 12 hours later, just like they said they would. There have been several issues with the roof. When we contacted the office, we were told someone will come out. It has been over a month. We have not had the roof for a year and it is leaking. A warranty comes with the roof, but is voided if someone else fixes it leaving the customer with no choice and no solutions except legal action. Hunter Kimble was great through the process but of no help when problems arose. Also, you can never speak with the owner. Update: the problem has been resolved. ... Read more
