To say that I am happy with my experience with PLATINUM ROOFING would be an understatement! They are the best roofing company in Valdosta, HANDS DOWN!! My deceased mother’s roof was in dire need of replacing after a windstorm caused by a hurricane! Since I no longer live in Valdosta, I did not know offhand a company to call. Job did not begin on my mother's roof on Monday as scheduled. Not called about lack of materials. I called at end of day and told work would begin the next day. The next day afternoon, received call that materials were still not available and scheduled work to begin Friday. This is what my yard looked like for three days. The contract stated: HVAC units, landscape and siding would be protected from debris Debris would be hauled off at the end of each work day. Full nail sweep would be done at the end of each work day. They did none of this. Plus they left food all over my yard which attracted ants. I attempted several times to have my local contact Nick Wood come out to address this issues and he never showed up. I also called the office after the roofers left... Read more
