There have been several issues with the roof. When we contacted the office, we were told someone will come out. It has been over a month. We have not had the roof for a year and it is leaking. A warranty comes with the roof, but is voided if someone else fixes it leaving the customer with no choice and no solutions except legal action. Hunter Kimble was great through the process but of no help when problems arose. Also, you can never speak with the owner. Update: the problem has been resolved. ... Read more
