We recently had Jeremy ( Representative) and Platinum put a new roof on our home. The experience from start to finish was a delight. Great communications, prices and workmanship, which is very hard to find at this time. All of the staff including the installers were very friendly. A special thanks to Jeremy for being there for any questions and a number of follow up visits at the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied . Highly recommend

I called after the hurricane last Fall to get an estimate on having my roof replaced. My account rep was Jordan and he came out as scheduled and followed up with his quote. The timeframe for repairs was communicated and met. I was kept up to date on everything. The roof looks awesome and was finished in a day. Very professional employees that know how to treat a customer. I’d definitely recommend them and Jordan to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.
