We used Platinum a few years ago for our roof replacement after having had many unsuccessful patch jobs that didn't work. They went down to the rafters and did a thorough replacement. While it was expensive, we didn't have any leak issues after that. About a year and a half ago, something hit the roof and caused a leak in our sunroom and they came and repaired the roof and the interior ceiling at no charge. From start to finish basically a seem less process. Our roof was damaged during a storm in September 2024. we started working with Jeremy Kindall who helped us EVERY step of the way. Jeremy took his time to answer ALL our many questions and provide as much feedback as possible. The crew who did the actual work did an excellent job, no trash, nails etc left in our yard. The roof was entirely replaced in one day. Very pleased, thank you Jeremy & Platinum for a job well done Marsha Hughes
