Google deleted my original review. Basis is this company has no communication and apparently doesn’t like money. Trying to get my roof fixed has been a nightmare.

Got a brand new roof 2 years ago for nearly $9K and thought all was well. Just had a different roofer (after calling platinum multiple times and them not contacting us back) come look at some storm damage and she pointed out that they didn't build a cricket for the fireplace, which is against code and illegal. This has caused serious leaking and damage in our fireplace wall that will be way more money to fix. Pick a company that cares about quality.
This company does not have a quality control inspector and their “project manager” who they say looks at the job before the workers leave does not even contact the customer. So I don’t even know if there was a project manager. The roof looks great but I had some questions regarding the finished product.
