I scheduled a roof inspection on a Tuesday and the day before the inspection, the roofer told me he had to reschedule due to morning meetings that would take all morning apparently. We rescheduled a week in advance for another Tuesday, Tuesday specifically because my spouse requested off work that day for the inspection, and that’s when the insurance adjuster could come. My husband and I are beyond words...more than Pleased with our new roof. It has been an amazing experience from choosing Platinum to replace our roof to the end of the installation. Erik, Chad and Effrin and his entire crew were simply the greatest. ..such polite, hard workers. It came out gorgeous.
