I dealt with Patrick. He was very professional and informative. After talking with him we decided to go with TPO on our flat roof. We have struggled with this roof leaking and getting it fixed over and over for the past 8 years. Platinum came out replaced the plywood and laid the TPO. It was done in 2 days. So far so good. Everything was done in a timely matter. They were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with Platinum Roofing. I called on a Saturday morning after we experienced a heavy rain and discovered water damage on the ceiling. A friend recommended Platinum, so I called on a Saturday. I received a call back within a couple of hours, and on Sunday afternoon the roofing specialist, Paul, called to schedule an inspection. The job looks great. Love the material choices they use. We went with 50 year shingle. Nice clean up. Pleasant to work with. Will explain every answer to questions ased. If you need replacement I highly recommend Platinum Roofing.

Excellent customer service, super easy to work with. They had my new roof on very fast considering how much damage our town took from the hurricane. They worked with our insurance to make sure we were covered! Crews worked fast and cleaned up my yard and flower beds from the roof debris. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.
