Hunter listened to the situation from beginning to end and understood from my standpoint. He spoke and acted more professional than many companies I have dealt with since moving to Valdosta. Jeremy was very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He did what he said he was going to do! After Hurricane Helene took most of our roof on Friday, 9/27/24, Jeremy arrived at our home on Monday and immediately had our roof tarped! On Monday, 10/28/24, roofers installed our new roof in 12 hours!!! Platinum Roofing knows how to get things done! Special kudos to Jeremy!!!
