We recently incurred heavy damage to our home after a hurricane. Reached out to Platinum and Tuzer was at home inspecting in a couple days despite all the roofing needs in our area. Tuzer came by my house to check out damage from the last storm and he was phenomenal to work with. Very friendly and was upfront and honest about what to expect during the process. I really appreciate Jasper coming out after the hailstorm and how he did a thorough inspection and itemized estimate for me. Once he was done he sent all necessary information to my insurance company and met with the adjuster to make sure everything was documented properly. Very professional installation. Arrived early in the morning and done inthe afternoon. Quality materials with good warranties. Enjoyed working with everyone at Platinum.
