After the storm, I had damage to my roof. Someone contacted me the same day I called and within 24 hours I had photos and a personal update. Thankfully our roof does not need to be completely replaced. Jeremy was very prompt, professional, and informative. He was helpful in guiding me to next steps. We know to call Platinum Roofing when the time comes for a full replacement. Thank you Jeremy for advising us what would be best for us and we I would gladly recommend Platinum Roofing to everyone.

Had roof damage after a hurricane. My tarting company put me in touch with Jasper at Platinum Roofing. His responsiveness and transparency during the process was awesome. Their crew did great work and didn’t leave any trash and hardly any roofing tacks in the yard. After Jasper picked up the last check, he noticed something about the work the crew had done that he wasn’t fully satisfied with (I had not even noticed it).
