I checked with four different companies and I decided to go with Plainum Roofing .The product looked great to me and the roofing expert that come to my residence answered all my questions. The warranty looks to be a little bit better than the other companies.Mr Chisom checked in on the job and kept us informed. I have recommended this company to several of my friends and the church I attend. It was a pleasant experience.I would go with him again but hopefully it wont be for fifty years.

I was in need of a roof replacement for over a year but was hesitant to find a contractor out of fear of how much it may cost. I got a few consultations from other contractors and reached out to Tuzer Chism from Platinum Roofing and he went through all my concerns and the quote from PR was very competitive compared to other contractors. Shawn from Platinum was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. When a hailstorm hit our house, he did his own full inspection of the damage and confirmed what our insurance adjuster had concluded. He went above and beyond looking for additional damage to report and helping to decipher what the initial report was referring to in its assessment of damaged property. We recently incurred heavy damage to our home after a hurricane. Reached out to Platinum and Tuzer was at home inspecting in a couple days despite all the roofing needs in our area. We never felt like we were being pushed or sold something, treated fairly and with respect. They were quick to get us scheduled, crew did a thorough job and completed in 1 day.
