I really appreciate Jasper coming out after the hailstorm and how he did a thorough inspection and itemized estimate for me. Once he was done he sent all necessary information to my insurance company and met with the adjuster to make sure everything was documented properly. Very professional installation. Arrived early in the morning and done inthe afternoon. Quality materials with good warranties. Enjoyed working with everyone at Platinum.

We recently hired Platinum Roofing after a hailstorm in Dothan AL. We thought we had no reason to even bother getting an inspection as all looked intact and without flaw from the ground. Our Platinum representative Shawn came out and offered a free inspection. He showed us multiple photos and explained the damage in detail. Shawn was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend Platinum Roofing in South GA, they definitely fought for my roof replacement when insurance didn't to pay out due to damage from a hurricane. They are prompt in their communication, responsive, patient when explaining roofing language and well versed in processes and materials. I hope I don't have to call them for any time soon, but if I do have roofing repairs, they would be the first ones I would call.
