This is what my yard looked like for three days. The contract stated: HVAC units, landscape and siding would be protected from debris Debris would be hauled off at the end of each work day. Full nail sweep would be done at the end of each work day. They did none of this. Plus they left food all over my yard which attracted ants. Fast! Affordable! Easy to work with! Honest! As soon as I got off the phone with my insurance agent I reached out to Platinum Roofing and had the pleasure to work with Joc Alexander. He came right out to inspect the damage to my roof from the storm. He stayed on top of things from the insurance adjuster, ordering supplies, pricing and was even able to get a rush on things since we had a leak. We picked our shingles and their guys got to work! We had Tuzer (Matt) from Platinum Roofing come out for a quote. He is very efficient and professional. Tuzer met with the adjuster and helped us through the claims process. The crew that came out to install the roof were very polite, fast and cleaned up thoroughly after they completed the job. I would highly recommend Platinum Roofing. We are very pleased with our new roof!
