I couldn't have asked for better communication. Jeremy the sales man explained everything from start to finish an was very patient with me asking questions. I didn't have much interaction with anyone else other then the lady that scheduled material delivery and start date. She was nice and done her job. After the storm, I had damage to my roof. Someone contacted me the same day I called and within 24 hours I had photos and a personal update. Thankfully our roof does not need to be completely replaced. Jeremy was very prompt, professional, and informative. He was helpful in guiding me to next steps.
