The initial installation of our roof went relatively okay. This company contracted with a company to remove our old roof that did a very sloppy job but the roof ended up getting installed and looking good. The problem I'm having is that in the first year they gladly came out and fixed any leaks that we had but since then we have started finding strands of silicone all over our lawn and now we have three or four leaks in a roof that is 3 years old and supposed to last 50 to 70 years.

I used platinum roofing to redo my entire roof. I spoke with sells representative Jeremy Kindoll. He was very knowledgeable, Polite and responsive. My phone calls and questions were answered immediately. The crew that did the work took care of everything. Also, cleaned my flower beds up (flowerbeds were covered. but, a little trash got in them) they got my flowerbeds and yard back to spotless before leaving. Main thing is the roof looks amazing!
