Plum Pro replaced all of the siding and trim on my house in West Medford. The estimate was very detailed and the team presented multiple options to choose from. The work was done on time and on budget, and team was very polite and punctual . In a nutshell thy provided an estimate and did exactly what was agreed to! The siding was fine, but they left unpainted wood and unfilled nail holes in the trim of all the windows they replaced. They left nails scattered through our yard through the winter (which was understandable because of the snow), but after the snow melted, they kept telling us "we'll schedule something soon" for almost 6 weeks before they came back to clean up the nails.

Thank you for your feedback. We take your concerns seriously and are sorry to hear about your frustration. We would like to respectfully provide some context. Your project included high-quality siding and window installation completed with care and professionalism. After completion, we entered a severe winter period with major snowstorms, and at your request, our team did not return until after the New Year. By then, several feet of snow covered the property, making it difficult to locate and remove every small piece of debris. We also want to clarify that we never refused to return. We did come back and performed cleanup in accordance with our signed agreement, which states that the home would be left in broom-swept condition. Some of the nails referenced may also not have been related to our work. Additionally, our scope of work was limited to carpentry and installation. Filling holes and painting trim were not included, as trim painting falls under painting work and was never part of our contract. We always want to be fair and helpful. While we do not believe this issue reflects the overall quality of the completed project, we do hear your concern and remain open to speaking directly in a respectful and professional way.

Plum pro gave an honest, reasonable price for high quality, well executed work. Work included some new construction and replacement windows, James Hardie siding, azek trim, and addition of insulation board. My exterior looks completely refreshed now. High confidence in their staff and no surprises
