Polar Bear Exterior Solutions just finished replacing my roof and I am extremely pleased with the results, the value, and the entire process. They were extremely professional from start to finish and really know what they're doing. It's a well-organized and well-run company with plenty of folks on the team to get the job done. They finished the entire job in two days. On the first day I believe there were 8 workers on the site, all very productive, friendly, and working in coordination. At 6:30 ... Read more

We connected with the sales rep (Uryah) right away--really nice, easygoing guy. He walked us through all the options we had without it ever once feeling overly sales-y. Zero pressure. He put together a package with a good roof at a good price, with a transferable warranty, which was important to us since we will be selling the home in the not too distant future. The work team was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves exceptionally well at the end of the job. Considering the deal ... Read more

Quick installation of high-quality products. Eight years later the windows and doors look and operate like new. They keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Recently had the roof replaced by the same company and it looks fantastic - a thick, high-quality shingle with 50-year life. All parts of the process were executed efficiently and professionally.

500 dollar “minimum job fee” = if your job is under 10k, it is an extra 500 tacked on. I had the minimum 3 windows for them to come and bid, they could have told me about this fee before they wasted a ferry fee to come give me a bid. Their tactics of sending a team of people out to solicit the day before was a little sketchy. I’ll choose someone local and go with my instincts next time. The good: Bidder was friendly, called when he was going to be a few minutes late.
