500 dollar “minimum job fee” = if your job is under 10k, it is an extra 500 tacked on.
I had the minimum 3 windows for them to come and bid, they could have told me about this fee before they wasted a ferry fee to come give me a bid.
Their tactics of sending a team of people out to solicit the day before was a little sketchy. I’ll choose someone local and go with my instincts next time.
The good: Bidder was friendly, called when he was going to be a few minutes late.
