No they are not the cheapest option, but a true lifetime warranty, the quality and detail of the materials, the skill and professionalism of the installers is fantastic. They even tried to move to a different section and roof quieter when they noticed my son was doing homework.

Polar Bear Exterior Solutions did outstanding job on replacing one of our roofs in a emergency situation. First off they were called to see about a reported leak and Joe was on sight within minutes after receiving the email.
