Recently Polar Bear completed a roof on one of our condominium buildings. The communication skills of the company and the on-site crew was incredible. We decided to go with Polar Bear for our recent roof replacement. The higher grade materials and labor costs a pretty penny, but grants peace of mind with various warranties and insurance. Anthony S. and his team were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We even got some free pointers on how to install 3rd party gutter guards, and the end result is a very nice looking new roof and gutters.
