A Polar Bear representative came by my house and set up an appointment to have my roof evaluated. The appointment was with Kendall Hall. He looked at my roof and told me it was in good shape, but he thought I might need some new gutters. He took measurements and offered some nice gutters with a 20% discount for signing up that day. Polar bear was very informative (different roof types, the difference between windows, great financial options), they gave us different options. They made sure everything was what wanted, they did not pressure us to get anything we didn’t want. Israel's crew was very professional, pleasant and got the job done quick.
The measure and install team were awesome (joseph, eric, aaron/aaron, doug/eric). Our house was much more complicated than anticipated, and they dealt with everything smoothly and professionally. The sales team initially misrepresented the timing and speed of the work just to get the sale, which set up the install team poorly with respect to our expectations.
