We had windows upgraded from single pane to double pane along with a new sliding glass door. The installation was fast and they accommodated us very well. The work looks to be very well done too. The only area of improvement I would recommend is better communication. I had to reach out to them, rather than being contacted, multiple times to get an update on when work would begin, as they kept telling us "soon" or "in a few weeks". But overall we are happy with the results.

Polar bear customer service was amazing on the first phone call. They were able to come out the next day and give me an estimate. I had called two other roofing companies that never called me back. They were able to get my roof done sooner then later and that was a nice surprise. Israel and his crew were professional, hard working showed up on time. They worked tediously all day. I would highly recommend Polar Bear to anyone. I giving them 11 stars!!!!!!! My roof is beautiful!!!!!

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP! All of the Polar Bear people, salesman, project manager, office and crew were courteous and professional. They completed the project on time. Our roof looks AMAZING!!! The crew cleaned up when they were finished and it looks like they were never here. If you need a project done, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Polar Bear
