Absolute top notch work by this crew. Aaron and Aaron (the A team) did a great job with the window build. Perfect alignment and clean- it's the best window on this old house. Everyone from the sales rep to the office staff, roofing crew and finally the gutters crew were professional, courteous, friendly and gave us the feeling that we were in good hands and that they would do whatever it takes to give us a wonderful new roof and gutters. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made us with the process. They answered all our questions and were so friendly throughout the entire project. We are very happy with our new roof! We were impressed with the roofing team lead by Israel, they were professional, detail oriented but also fast and efficient. Our roof is steep, high and has several angles and small detailed areas, so not an easy job.

Polar Bear did a roof for us. They were very helpful during the bidding process as provided the most comprehensive bid. They were out working on the roof within a week of getting the paperwork done. One of our tarps ended up getting damaged during removal of the old roof. The crew provided a replacement which was appreciated. I highly recommend these guys!
