Really fantastic experience start to finish. We had a very large deck rebuild project and they did an amazing job in a reasonable time frame. We were able to enjoy our new deck with friends and family over the holidays.

This review only concerns the estimate, not quality of work. so I give them 4 stars for now, because I really don't know anything yet that would be reason to impact their rating here negatively. This was my first estimate to get our roof replaced on our house, so I don't have enough experience to know if my experience detailed below is better than others we'll get. Palmer was my first contact. He was nice, knowledgable and took me through the process. Noa and Alex were wonderful installers. They installed fascia board and then the gutters. They were fast, efficient and clean. I would recommend Polar Bear to anyone. Customer service was also very good.

They just did a new roof for us. Got the financing done quickly, showed up soon after and the entire project was done in four days. Luckily we had no rain. Nice to have this project taken care of. Israel and his crew work fast and do nice work. They also clean up well. Front office was very communicative and they always answered the phone when I had a question.
