Great!!! I Met with Project manager Antohny Soto told him what I want to have done. he work within my budget. and the work got stated first the windows all 12 of them Matt and Luke found some wood rot and had to build out new window silds they let me know before the additional work needed to be done good thing it was a few. next the Sliding crew came Doug and Sam they came meet with me and explain the process they were going to do. We just had new gutters installed and Noa and Alex did great work. They worked in the pouring rain on a really challenging install job. Polar Bear also did our roof a couple of years ago and have always been really responsive whenever we’ve called with questions or needed something minor taken care of.

4 windows were replaced by Matt and Luke. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of expertise and courteous professionalism from both the installers and all employees at Polar Bear. One of the new windows had a tiny mark, that I honestly wouldn't have noticed, but the installers (Matt and Luke) brought it to our attention and we were provided a replacement. Communications were excellent. Will absolutely call them next time we have a need for windows, doors, or roofing
