4 windows were replaced by Matt and Luke. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of expertise and courteous professionalism from both the installers and all employees at Polar Bear. One of the new windows had a tiny mark, that I honestly wouldn't have noticed, but the installers (Matt and Luke) brought it to our attention and we were provided a replacement. Communications were excellent. Will absolutely call them next time we have a need for windows, doors, or roofing

I had a great experience with Polar Bear responding to my old and leaking roof quickly! After a fun and informative sales call on a Weds, they were on my roof and completing the job on Monday. Frank's install team was fantastic. I worked in my garden while they worked on the roof, and I was very comfortable with their presence.
