It is rare that you have a company that keeps you in mind when prices go up. Polar Bear had replace 8 of our roofs the past year. We were going to wait a year to replace the rest of the buildings. Nate shared with the board that they are seeing increases on supplies and material already and just wanted us to know for planning. I had a great experience with Polar Bear. We had 6 windows replaced. The sales rep Eric was very knowledgeable, punctual, and focused on getting me what I needed, not what he wanted to sell. The project manager Adam was good with communication. Aaron and the installation crew showed up on time, were polite, took care to put down drop cloths, were focused and got the job done in about 5 hours.
