I gotta give props. Had two different quote visits at two different properties, by two different people, and both basically said, you don't need us yet. 1 said, "what you've got is great, just needs some repair. Keep what ya got" for a siding quote, and the other said "you've got at least 5 years or more left on this roof, hold off and check again then". Our project/home was in desperate need of new siding. I called PBNW after reading all of the reviews online. The project went as expected, old siding off-new Hardie up and what a difference! The absolute most impressive thing about the project was how appreciative my neighbors were that the PBNW crew were so professional and courteous. We are happy with the new sliding glass door. We do see a difference in the way it is cooler in the house. We are also happy with the way we were treated by all of the people we have dealt with. Customer Service was very professional and friendly. The installers were very friendly. I am happy to be able to tell people about Polar Bear and tell them to look into your products. So I will keep telling people about your company.
