From the day the Project Consultant to the last day the GM showed up I was very impressed.
The roofers worked together like a will oiled machine and were friendly and used safe practices.
The roof was started on time and finished when planed.
We were very happy with the service we received through the whole process. Roger's presentation of the product and service was extremely thorough, without being pushy, at all. Israel's install crew was fast and clean, even let me know about a couple of failing skylights that I was able to repair on my own. And Joe's inspection and review, at the end of the project, was friendly and professional. We would absolutely recommend Polar Bear!
Aaron and Aaron installed 2 windows and a sliding glass door in a matter of hours and I am very pleased with the end result.
