This company is amazing. I called them to install a new roof after calling many other places. I unfortunately was outside their coverage zone. Instead of just saying they couldn’t do it they helped in facilitating all my material for my new roof and had it delivered to my rooftop saving me a ton of money and then found me a local roofer in my region to install it. I would refer this company to anyone, great service, great people and great company.

I was initially contacted by a sales person going door to door. We set up an inspection with a Project Consultant. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining the products used and the process. We did not feel pressured. We have just built a 2 story addition and have been remodeling our existing home. Polar bear was a huge help as we had a few inconsistencies with our roof sheathing and our fascia boards. Joe Gurnee, Polar bear project manager is very knowledgeable and had foreseen these issues prior to our roof install so we were able to get them fixed prior too roofing. Polar bear made our experience of getting a new roof plus doing existing roof repairs and adding skylights so easy. They were professional, and delivered everything they promised. We had quotes from other top roofing companies and polar bear beat every price, plus they squeezed us into their busy schedule because we needed things rushed. I would absolutely recommend them and they will be the only phone call I make if I need any roofing/skylights/ exterior services in the future.
