I had an appointment at 2pm, at 3pm no one showed up apparently a voice mail was left to cancel after reviewing an aerial photo which would have shown a flat roof section, which could not be serviced by Polar Bear.
There is no flat roof, making decisions just on some outdated aerial photo? Proofs to be deceptive.

We had windows upgraded from single pane to double pane along with a new sliding glass door. The installation was fast and they accommodated us very well. The work looks to be very well done too. The only area of improvement I would recommend is better communication. I had to reach out to them, rather than being contacted, multiple times to get an update on when work would begin, as they kept telling us "soon" or "in a few weeks". But overall we are happy with the results.
Polar bear customer service was amazing on the first phone call. They were able to come out the next day and give me an estimate. I had called two other roofing companies that never called me back.
They were able to get my roof done sooner then later and that was a nice surprise.
Israel and his crew were professional, hard working showed up on time. They worked tediously all day.
I would highly recommend Polar Bear to anyone.
