Pond installed a new roof for us about 10 years ago. They did a superb job and followed up when a scam artist came through the neighborhood trying to drum up business. They have recently installed diverters on our roof to alleviate a problem area we have where two roof sections meet. These are working well. Pond also did window installation for us and would not take balance due until a single window issue was resolved. They have been great!
