Simply amazing customer service and communication in spite of the fact that all roofers in our area were inundated with roofing needs due to a big storm. Work was done well and best of all, the owner, Patrick, came out before billing to inspect the work. He found rotting wood on my fireplace that had nothing to do with roofing repair, and offered to send a team out to repair it. HIgh recommend.

I used Pond to replace the flat roof on my house and to change 2 scuppers. They were efficient, they listened to my requests, answered my questions and did a good job. No complaints about the work. I would use them again in the future. I considered giving 4 stars instead of 5, because they have a long lead time to schedule work and they aren't cheap. I gave the full 5 because there was a lot of rain this year and they weren't the most expensive either.

The Pond group was extremely professional. They spent most of the day replacing five skylights and they did a very careful job. They were pleasant, did great work, and cleaned up well after the job was done. I can't say enough about the kind of work they did, they were fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Pond for anybody's roofing needs.
