Absolutely terrible PR. Going door to door in Pendleton without a permit. The woman that came to our door was extremely rude to my wife. It says a lot about your company if you have to go door to door to drum up business. I'd live in a tent before I let these clowns replace my roof.

Company’s out blatantly disregarding neighborhood “no soliciting” signs and door to door guy instead of just leaving when informed of them wanted to argue and get smart with me over it. (Turns out it absolutely IS still soliciting even if you’re “just trying to sign people up for inspections,” bub). Highly recommend everyone stay away.

Alan & Porter Roofing were awesome. They made everything so easy. Insurance claims are difficult, but they knew exactly what to do. Alan was incredible. He deserves a raise and 20% equity.

Porter was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jack listened to our concerns, gave honest recommendations, and worked with our insurance company to get our roof replacement approved. The communication between Porter, our insurance adjuster, and us was excellent. The work was scheduled immediately, and the crew worked efficiently and cleaned up well. Highly highly recommend.

We couldn't be any happier with Porter Roofing and Restoration. We had an issue with ice damming causing a leak from our roof into our garage. The Porter Roofing team came out and inspected our roof. They quickly found and repaired the issue. Additionally, they did an entire roof inspection to determine if the roof needed to be replaced. They stated that the roof was still in good shape and would not need to be replaced at this time.
