Candidly, I would not call my experience with Porter a smooth one. But, in the end they made everything right. There was a time when this would have been a one star review. They had some serious staff turnover issues and I had more reps than I can recall - most of which were awful. But Alan - you were great to work with and actually got stuff done, and quickly. You single handedly made this a 5-star review, and Porter better fight like hell to keep you around. They need more like you!
