Our roof had been damaged by wind and hail. A Porter employee was in the neighborhood and offered a free inspection, confirming the damage. Porter worked extremely well with our Insurance group, ensuring that we got the right considerations for the damage (Craig is a fantastic negotiator!). Porter then did a fantastic job in working around my schedule, to complete the roof removal & damage, and reinstalling the new roof, including gutter helmets that we also damaged in the storm. We love our roof and gutters, and think we have the best looking house in the area as a result! Tyler came to the house, offered an extensive inspection, and made arrangements to give us exactly what we wanted, when other roofers didn’t even offer it. The crew was unbelievably efficient - the fabrication was done on site. More than a year later, we still get compliments on our beautiful roof!
