From the moment your crew arrived {7 AM) Wednesday until they left Saturday, you would never know that they were here. They were friendly and extremely neat. As a matter of fact, a neighbor stopped by with a magnet detector and found barely enough nails, etc. to put in the palm of your hand! In short, we are very pleased with the work and the results! Thank you very much, Nancy and Jim (Johns Island, SC)

First, the work that was done was done well, and quickly. The actual roofer was friendly, polite and professional. Now, on to everything else. It took days to get the actual email quote, while I had a leaking roof in South Carolina summer, which means daily rain. I was told they would tarp the roof to avoid it raining in my bathroom. That didn't happen. I was told they would have a crew at my home at 8am. I called at 845am to be told they were running late, and that they were 'about to call me'... Read more

Mr. Helms, First and foremost, I am so sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. I am quite surprised to read your review, as the perception we received from your feedback the last time we heard from you (on the day of your repair, August 8), was positive - "we came and completed the repair quicker than you thought we would and the repair looked better than you thought it would." I wish we had been given the opportunity to address the missing tarp and leftover materials BEFORE you left a review, but please do not feel that this is the reason we replaced the tarp and picked up the materials - I have addressed the discarded tarp with our repairman and he maintains that this was an honest mistake made during the cleanup process. As you mentioned above, this area frequently experiences afternoon showers during this time of year. As such, as one of the FEW local companies that offer repair services, we are often inundated with phone calls as a result. We do our best to accommodate all of our clients in the order in which they contact our office. After reviewing your file, it appears that we spoke with you on July 28 to schedule your estimate appointment. To help expedite the process, we sent you an email on July 28, requesting that you send photos of the area of concern so that we can build your estimate on the same day. Unfortunately, we never received a response, so we came out to perform a visual inspection on our first available date, which was August 1. Your estimate was sent via email within 2 days, on August 3. Once you confirmed that the estimate met your approval (August 4), we scheduled your repair on our first available appointment, August 8 at 10am. Although we were already booked well beyond that date, due to the extent of the damage to your roof and the active leak you were experiencing, we made special accommodations in order to get your repair taken care of as quickly as possible. I apologize for the confusion/miscommunication regarding the time of arrival for your repair. Since completion of your repair, I have reviewed our office call log and can see that we unfortunately missed your ONE phone call Sunday, August 20. I apologize for missing your call, however, our office is closed on Sundays. It is my understanding that once we were made aware of the missing tarp and leftover materials, (August 24) we promptly returned within 24 hours with a brand new replacement tarp and collected the leftover materials. In closing, I apologize again that in spite of jumping through hurdles to get your repair taken care of quickly, we were unable to exceed your expectations.
