I recently had a new roof and windows installed by Powell Roofing. The day of my appointment James was on time, went over all of my options, was very knowledgeable, and let me know patching the issue was absolutely a possibility. I decided to go with a new roof, but not because I felt pressured to do so. The appt was scheduled for a few weeks later. His guys were timely, polite, efficient, and did a great job. The experience was the same with the guy who did the windows. I got a few quotes for t... Read more

James Powell crew came out to do roofs and metal work on my nearly 90 yr old Mamas house. Roof job great. The Hanahan inspector approved. The metal job was left incomplete. Mama called James Powell and had tried to get him to come out and quote metal and give a quote. HE had pictures and said he would use those for reference. The metal was unfinished when she adamantly told him ALL metal. So Monday a week ago she calls James Powell let him know unfinished on metal. He referenced back t... Read more

This is the furthest thing from the truth. We took Great care of your mother. We returned every single time she asked. Your mother got additional work done at no charge. I have no reason to lie maam. With all due respect your mother is probably approaching 90 years old. I wouldn't trust everything she told you with great detail. Its highly likely she made a mistake or was.confused on what was to be done. I'm a Hanahan natiave and graduate . I always go above and beyond for Hanahan folks. To be honest I cant believe you jumped in at the last minute with these false allegations. You should be ashamed of yourself. In closing I've never even spoken to you and I'm sorry you feel this way. We hope your mother enjoys her beautiful new roof contractors beware of this lady. C. Gail

A month ago, I had Powell Roofing put new shingles on a rental house. They also replaced any damaged wood under the old shingles. They made sure everything was done right before the placement of new shingles. Not only were they prompt in doing so, his workers were very courteous and answered any questions with knowledge. I will use this company ,again, and encourage others to do the same.
