Mrs. And Mr. King, I'm happy to know your roof is now 100% complete and leak free. We truly apologize for the inconveniences that took place during your roof install. A project your size takes 5-9 days to complete. I believe we finished yours in 6. We did have a small leak on a detached garage which wind driven rain was able to get in. We returned and installed a very large piece of side wall flashing to prevent the wind from pushing rain in again. Mr. Blose is in our database however Powell Roofing LLC was never contracted to do any work for Mr. Blose. Orange Elephant Roofing told Mr. Blose they could get him a FREE roof from his insurance company for hail damage. When the adjuster came out to inspect he in fact found NO hail damage on Mr. Blose home. Mr. Blose called us for a second opinion. Upon a FREE inspection from Powell Roofing there was no hail damage found. After our inspection we never heard from Mr. Blose again. I can only assume he is upset we didn't get him a free roof. Sorry Mr. Blose.
