The part of the job that was complete was done extremely well. Getting them to come finish the job is extremely difficult. Don’t pay before the job is complete or prepare to beg to get things finished. Better Business Bureau is my next stop to see if I can get some help.
Mr Powell, You're on schedule for your porch repair to be completed and you have been since Monday. Your job is 98% complete. Hopefully I will be successful in getting a guy or two over tomorrow. Unfortunately my repair installer couldn't install the flashing, so I have to get one of my crew installers to come out and install the new flashing. That's just been a challenge this week as we're slammed right now. And they're doing full roof installs during the week. It's tuff to pull them off those. But I will do my best to have them their tomorrow or Saturday at latest as we don't schedule jobs on Saturdays. I apologize for the delay in getting your repair 100% complete in a timely manner.
