We had a leak in a low slope roof section that covered part of our living room and our porch. We wound up calling *seven* roofing contractors in an effort to get a quotation for the repair. Three didn't even return the call. Of the others: one came out and gave an accurate description of what had to be done, then forwarded an email quote completely devoid of details; one came out and did a thorough inspection, gave a verbal estimate, while promising an email follow-up which never arrived; ... The work was performed on time, communication was clear during the process, attention was paid to detail and the site was left spotless .
