Adam and his team were fantastic! They even put a beautiful red aluminum roof on my kids playhouse with the extra materials. I’ve referred them to several friends now as well and they have all been extremely happy with their new roofs; so I wanted to leave a proper review to thank them.
We had a ridge vent problem in which they immediately came out to fix. The roof does not have plastic protection, so our attic was exposed to rain. We also had them paint our metal trim. They could not do it on the day planned because of rain. The first nice day we had Levi was here at 7:30 in the morning and painted until the work was done. Professionalism we do not see anymore. Very refreshing and hopeful. We will definitely use them again.
Precision Exteriors did an excellent job at a great price on my roof. I called Adam about checking my roof because there were some water spots on my ceiling. He had me scheduled for an assessment and repair appointment within 48 hours. They found the problems and repaired them for a reasonable price, and sent me a link with extensive photo documentation of all problem areas for reference. I would highly recommend working with them.
Philip and his team were on time and professional throughout the project. He was also very accommodating while I was trying to schedule my solar panels to be removed so the work can begin.
There was a slight hiccup with the installation of my attic venting system, but Phillip made sure it was done in a timely manner.
Phillip came out personally to do the final inspection of the roof, and confirmed the job was done per the contract.
