    Premier just replaced our roof yesterday. Tear off / disposal / roof prep / shingles, flashings, installation & CLEANUP! was completed in one day. Very efficient, professional & courteous crew brought all the right tools and equipment. I really liked how well coordinated the process was, even down to the timing of the roofing materials truck (w crane). The interactive office support was great too!

    Back a couple months sent in a request for an estimate. got a call back immediately set up an appointment. close to the time of appointment got a call estimator was stuck in traffic do i mind if we reschedule. NO PROBLEM. rescheduled told person i have something going on that night 2 hrs after the appointment time please be on time. said yea yea no problem. was 2 hrs late to appointment. process was rushed told him i wanted gutters and siding. did measurements left said he would send me estimate...     First,, I received a very prompt response to my inquiry for service. Carlos then came out and gave me an extremely through overview of the entire project, not missing even the slightest detail. Every step was explained and every scenario which might incur additional expense was mentioned so there wouldn't be any surprises. As a result, the estimate was spot-on.     Premier Home Renovations wasn't the lowest bidder. However, we chose PHR because its representative Carlos Mejia is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and willing to match the price. The PHR crew worked for long hours to install our new roof in a single day, before it rains the next day. They managed to collect and dispose of all wastes, and minimize the impact on our lawn and deck. A job well done! I will recommend PHR to others.
