For added protection and aesthetic appeal, we will wrap the house's freeze boards—both front and back—in white coil, covering a total of 166 feet.
In addition to siding, our dedicated crew will expertly wrap two entry doors, a back door, and a door next to the garage with white coil, and replace and wrap the trim around your garage with new 1”x 2” trim. To ensure proper water drainage, we will install 5” seamless white gutters and downspouts around the entire house, leaving out only the second-story gutters on the front. Furthermore, 130 feet of gutter guards will be placed along all gutters to bolster their efficiency.
We take on the responsibility to clean up, ensuring all trash and debris are hauled away, leaving your property pristine. While the price does not include the repair or replacement of any rotted wood we might encounter, we will immediately halt work and discuss a change order with the homeowner before proceeding. To accommodate your schedule, we’ll hold all supplies until you are ready to begin in June or July. Our estimated timeline for this labor-intensive project is 7-10 working days, not accounting for any weather-related interruptions.
