At Priority Exteriors, we are committed to transforming your property in Fort Wayne, IN, with our comprehensive range of exterior services. We will begin by removing the existing concrete driveway and a short section of sidewalk, leading to the front porch slab. Our team will expertly add or remove stone and grade the area as needed, utilizing rebar and a specialized driveway mix for durability. The finish will be a neat broom finish with edges carefully edged afterward for a picture-frame look.
Additionally, we will address the high roll curb at the right of way, replacing it with a feathered roll low curb for improved accessibility. In enhancing the functionality of your garage, we will replace the rear access door with a Masonite white 6-panel steel or fiberglass option, maintaining the current interior trim. Furthermore, we'll repair two sections of siding: one warped section near the sliding patio door at the rear, and a disconnected lock section at the window bump out on the front.
Our total project cost is $13,575, and we offer financing through Upgrade with $0 down and 24 months of zero interest, making it easier for our clients in Fort Wayne to invest in quality improvements.
